Welcome to Key Wellness, LLC website.  My name is Jill Hardesty.

  I created this website to share my passion for fitness.  My love for sports and fitness is lifelong, but at age 40 I was sitting more than moving.  I wanted to see if I could run a mile for my 40th birthday.  I ran the mile.  Then I wanted to see if I could do a 5k, that lead to a sprint triathlon.  My passion for running, swimming, triathlons and climbing mountains have blossomed.  For the last 15+ years, I have completed race distances from 5k to 110 miles, participated in triathlons from sprint distance to full distance Ironman, along with climbing many mountains in trail races.  Several years ago, I would try yoga occasionally for aches and pains but had a hard time focusing long enough to do a full class.  In 2018, I needed relief from stress, terrible rosacea flare ups and aching joints.  I wanted to feel good and continue in the sports that I love so much.  All my research directed me to yoga for stress relief.  After participating in a few yoga classes, I was not sure how this would help me off the mat.  This question drove me to listening to podcasts on yoga benefits.  The podcasts led me to Yoga teacher, Brett Larkin (Uplifted Yoga).  Uplifted offers the best online yoga teacher training.  I dove in to it.  I wanted to deepen my understanding of yoga and create my own personal practice. After completing RYT 500 hours of study with Uplifted, I wanted to share yoga and the benefits to others.  I have been teaching yoga in person and online since January 2020.  My goal is to help others find the benefits of yoga so they can feel good and keep doing their sports and activities that make them feel alive!
